To do this, type some text in your image then open another file you want to use shown inside the text. Use the Move tool on the new image and drag it over the middle of your original text. Select the 'Layer' menu and choose 'Group With Previous'. You can then use the Move tool to get the image how you want it, seen through the text. Magic!
