Ginger Cake 2

I baked another cake! I used the same recipe on a jar of syrup for ginger cakes I used before, but this time with maple syrup instead of golden syrup. I also threw some half-cut walnuts on the top again. I bought a larger cake tin this time too - no more spilling out the sides.
I want to experiment more with cooking. I like the way you can alter the ingredients yourself. I want to try doing a range of cake mixtures at once, but with slightly different ingredients to see which works best.
