Status Report 3: Permalinks

Archives overhaul! All permalinks now have unique addresses that don't rely on a variable. This should enable search engines to deal with the pages much easier. Note: I have crafted a special page so people using the old permalinks are given a new address to use instead - no broken links. Any problems, let me know.
