Opera Tests Updated

My CSS2 Test Suite Failures article has been updated to cover Opera 7.2. Hover effects are back on paragraphs and forms, but I can't see any other changes. I've also amended a couple of minor errors in the test results page.

Sadly the padding bug remains. Kevin W has made a superb test page using a background image to show just what happens. The results are quite surprising.
